Lost Girls and Love Hotels is in the works

Finally, Kate Bosworth is doing Lost Girls and Love Hotels!

It's a 2006 novel by Catherine Hanrahan (the third woman in the picture above)

Kate tells the New York Daily News, "I bought the rights to a book called Lost Girls and Love Hotels, and I've just had a wonderful writer adapt it."

"Now we're in the stage of finding a director and building it up from the ground up. It's a lot of work but we're going to do it."

Lost Girls & Love Hotels tells the story of a young woman who is trying to escape reality in the seedy excesses of Tokyo but is haunted by the disappearance of a Western girl.

The movie is slated to hit theatres in 2010.

By the way, Kate and Nadia Connors (the second woman in the picture above) wrote the script. And there was once a rumor said that Kate Bosworth will direct this movie. I guess, it's not true now.

According to someone from IMDB, on Monday (9th Feb) 'The Laundry Warrior' was renamed to 'The Warrior's Way'.

Final editing was completed on Tuesday (10th Feb), with the release date set for August 2009 in the United States.

To mark 25 years of London Fashion Week, Elle asked four designers to create their own special ELLE covers. And one of the designers, Stella McCartney, chose Kate Bosworth as the cover.

Stella said about the inspiration, "My cover is based on the Comic Relief T-shirt I have designed for this year's campaign, worn by actress Kate Bosworth and photographed by Mary McCartney. Every year Comic Relief helps so many deserving children, it really touches my heart. So this was a great opportunity to get more involved. "The Laundry Warrior" news

According to (spn.edaily.co.kr/just-jangdonggun.com), Kate's latest "The Laundry Warrior" movie won't be released until August 2009. On 28th, a related personnel of the movie revealed that the US producer of “The Laundry Warrior” proposed to release the movie and is currently discussing the plan. The concrete release date will be decided after the preview of the movie in US in February. The change of movie title will also be finalised in the process.
